
I just made this last night and was reminded about how good of a healthy-ish, easy dinner recipe this is (if you eat meat). If you have a well established pantry, this one is easy because you just need to make sure you have eggs and buy a pound of ground turkey. You can even sub out the yogurt for water if you don’t have any. When I’m especially lazy, I just make the meatballs, no chickpeas, onions or dip. I live by the mantra “KISS” it when it comes to cooking- keep it simple, stupid.
